Crew Chief: The Crew Chief position is ideal for someone with some management experience. Much of this role involves ensuring job flow, completing the necessary documentation, keeping the field technicians on task, and monitoring the progress of restoration performances. Crew chiefs are trained and expected to perform set sales and marketing actions during and before restoration work begins.

Production Technician: The production technician is our operation's 'boots on the ground.' They get tasked with the cleaning, restoration, and relocation jobs after disasters. Technicians must complete the necessary training to gain accreditation in a recovery niche and complete related mitigation and restoration actions promptly after the first notice of loss from the customer.
