Tune in to this Lifelong Learning virtual lecture through Framingham Public Library about Williams Wordsworth. Guest speaker Helen Heineman from Framingham State University discusses the poet's life and his works. E-mail the library to receive a Zoom link for the lecture. The lecture focuses mainly on his first two books and also features paintings and drawings from the same time period. 

Things to know about William Wordsworth:

• His masterpiece is "The Prelude," a poem of 13 books. 
• The first two books are considered the best and are about his young adult life. 
• This masterpiece was autobiographical, but never published during his lifetime. 
• He wrote at the same time as Keats and Shelley. 
• He wrote in plain language, making him unique for the 19th century.
