Vacationing up north is always a fun idea for the summer, especially when you have a house to visit. However, things didn’t go as planned for this tenant in Concord, Massachusetts when visiting her vacation home.

A neighbor next to her condo had noticed spongy carpets in the hallway entrance to the apartment building.
