New Construction Vandalism in Littleton

This homeowner's dream of building a new house in Littleton, MA turned into a nightmare when vandalization occurred at the construction site. The vandals left the kitchen sink faucet turned on and the water running.  By the time the authorities arrived, standing water had covered the entire first floor and basement.

SERVPRO answered the call and developed a mitigation plan.  First, we dried the water, and then we removed the water damaged materials, which involved removing some of the water saturated drywall and insulation.  After the structure dried, we applied an antimicrobial to help prevent mold from growing.
