Storm Damage to a Ceiling in Marlborough, MA

After the heavy rain had stopped the ceiling inside of this residence started dripping water. The homeowners quickly rushed to check their house and then found it, there was so much water in their guest bedroom that it was leaking down to the ceiling below. Unfortunately, one of the bedroom window's was left open during the time of the storm. When SERVPRO of Marlboro/Concord arrived they walked through the steps with the homeowners of what needed to be done. After understanding the process, that's when SERVPRO took matters into their own hands and saved the residence to get it back to its preloss condition.
